Fashion Industry Account Coordinator

SourcePro Search, LLC is currently seeking a skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or a related role within the industry. Key Responsibilities: • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the apparel industry • Act as the primary point of contact for Retail Brand Owners addressing queries and providing information about products, prices, and artwork • Share important updates and information from Retail Brand Owners with Brand Managers • Track global stock levels and report any discrepancies to Brand Managers • Keep up-to-date pricing and sample records • Organize and maintain documentation related to compliance requirements • Foster effective communication among multiple production sites • Coordinate label and packaging inventory planning directly with Retail Brand Owners • Prepare and distribute regular and special reports for Global Leads Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or a similar role within the apparel branding or related industry • Understanding of pre-press, print, and traditional graphic arts procedures and standards • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud Our company offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year.
