We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Floor Lady / Production Manager to oversee daily production operations, manage workflow, and help implement systems that ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate is structured, coachable, energetic, and great with people, with strong leadership and communication skills. Systems & Organization: • Create and maintain structured production systems • Track order status and production reports • Implement workflow tracking and accountability systems • Maintain production calendars and timelines • Ensure consistent quality control standards Team Leadership • Manage and support production team members • Help coach and develop team members • Maintain strong morale and positive culture • Ensure clear communication between management and production staff • Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding when needed Preferred: • Experience in fashion production or garment manufacturing • Experience managing production teams • Experience with couture or luxury production environments • Experience implementing systems and workflows
