Fashion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop packaging materials including hangtags, labels, trims, and printed collateral for product and retail • Translate brand identity into consistent and premium packaging experiences across categories • Create original artwork, graphics, and textile prints for seasonal collections • Develop repeat patterns and placement graphics for apparel and accessories • Prepare all packaging and print design files to be production-ready, including dielines, color separations, and print specifications • Ensure accuracy and consistency of artwork across all physical applications • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution from concept through production • Stay current on fashion and packaging trends to propose innovative ideas and materials • Support brand and marketing design needs as required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Textile/Fashion Design, or related field • 3+ years of experience in a fashion, lifestyle, or product-based graphic design role with a strong focus on packaging • Proven portfolio showcasing work in hangtags, labels, packaging systems, and apparel graphics • Deep understanding of packaging design, materials, finishes, and production requirements • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Strong attention to detail with a refined sense of typography, color, and layout • Experience managing files for production, including tech pack contributions and vendor handoff • Ability to balance creative innovation with commercial needs and technical feasibility • Excellent communication and time management skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously Company DescriptionReflex Performance Resources Inc. is a global sourcing company that specializes in the manufacturing and sale of Activewear Apparel.
