Urgent Hiring 2-3 assistants! Garment Dept. | What You'll Do | • Create social media advertisements and research potential customers • Work with coworkers to ideate and execute designers' ideas • Assist with the process of sourcing, following up, and bringing onboard new brands • help to serve clients • Day-to-day hands-on tasks, run errands and organize the fabrics • do reseach the customer base and understanding motivation and sales drivers • Reviewing customer feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand • Researching and monitoring industry trends and consumer behavior to anticipate demand and changes in buying patterns • Making predictions based on sales data, customer feedback and market trends • Reviewing competitors, including pricing, profit, marketing and other progress • take part in all the meetings and recap all | Who We’re Looking For | • Interest in fashion, style aesthetic & willingness to learn • Excellent writing and communication skills to collaborate with managers and clients with good manners • Preferred knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or Canva • Must be detail-oriented, a team player, and good-spirited • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
