Store Leadership Position The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency in our Fashion Fair location. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and achieve sales goals. • Coach associates on the sales floor to ensure a high level of service is consistently delivered. • Ensure that merchandising and operations standards are maintained, supporting the Store Manager in maintaining a well-organized store environment.
