The role of a Style Consultant is to bring style and fashion expertise to life in-store. You will work with guests to provide personalized recommendations, ensure the sales floor is set up with the right product, and maintain a visually appealing store environment. • Key Responsibilities: • Create a welcoming experience for all guests by authentically greeting them • Gain knowledge from store tools to understand key metrics, sales goals, and guest traffic • Ensure product availability by keeping the sales floor replenished and organized • Stay current on trends and brand guides to create an inviting shopping environment • Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome and inspire guests • Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store to solve issues for guests • Review sales trends to prioritize daily workload based on business and guest needs Requirements: • Able to climb up and down ladders • Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely • Flexible work schedule and reliable attendance necessary • Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift Benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Ongoing training and development opportunities • Collaborative and supportive team environment
