Fashion Ecommerce Production & Inventory Specialist

You’ll also manage influencers end-to-end, maintain packing supply inventory, support product listing content through in-store sample photos, and handle liquidation of older fabrics/return items through Etsy. Fabric and Inventory Control • Track fabric inventory and maintain accurate counts • Monitor stock levels and reorder fabric ahead of time so we never run out • Track inventory stock through counting and ongoing updates • Maintain inventory tracking systems and keep records up to date Qualifications • Experience in production coordination, inventory management, or operations (fashion/e-commerce preferred) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (counts, POs, tracking) • Comfortable communicating with manufacturers and following up consistently • Experience managing influencers and deliverables is a plus • Comfortable using Airtable (or similar systems) to upload and track information • Comfortable taking clean, clear product photos for listings and internal use • Familiarity with Etsy listing/management is a plus • Comfortable on camera for TikTok Live and engaging with an audience • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
