Fashion / Ecommerce Assistant

Job Summary
We are an ecommerce company in Los Angeles, and Im one of the executives of that company. Together we have multiple projects ongoing, one of which is a high end leather goods startup, as well as our legacy, large ecommerce company.

This is not a job that requires any specific experience, but having experience in the fashion industry is a large plus.

Flexible schedule - I usually dont start until 9/10AM and there will be numerous days where there will be no meetings or work you need to be involved with, including most Fridays

There is a co-working office in Beverly Hills, and an office in East LA, there will be times you will be asked to appear in at least one of these each week

This industry is industrial parts, its a boring industry, you wont impress your friends at the dinner table

This is not a flashy, high revenue, high profit industry like tech or film, nobody drives an ultra luxury car

Duties
- Take an active part in meetings, contribute your opinion
- Bring a sense of organization to the group
- Be available for in-person meetings around the Los Angeles area

Qualifications
- Experience using spreadsheets and some formulas
- General knack for learning how to use management systems
- Ability to network, meet people and qualify them

Bonuses
- Ability to speak Russian/Ukrainian or Kazakh to work closer with some teammates
- Experience traveling or living in other countries for an understanding of different cultures

This job will start part time and will be a hybrid between remote/office whereas office is in Beverly Hills or East LA, with site visits about 1-2 days a week.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
