About The Fashion E-Commerce Assistant Role: Curate is looking for a motivated, organized, and hard-working individual with an interest in fashion, customer service, and marketing. The Fashion E-Commerce Assistant will be responsible for overseeing and fulfilling customer orders, managing... inventory, providing marketing support, and assisting our team with various fashion and business-related tasks. The Assistant will be expected to work on the following: Order Fulfillment and Customer Service Fulfill customer orders and drop off at or schedule pick-ups with shipping carriers Manage customer emails and return requests Process order returns and refunds Inventory Management Organize inventory Manage communications with vendors regarding inventory Unbox new inventory and upload onto our website Conduct periodic physical inventory counts Marketing and Public Relations Create and manage daily organic social media posts across different platforms Research and build Public Relations contact list Develop Public Relations materials to share with publications Miscellaneous Fashion and Business Tasks Research brands in the responsible fashion industry Assist with photoshoots Assist with local pop-up shop experiences Requirements: Interest in Fashion, Marketing, Public Relations and/or E-Commerce Planning to pursue, currently pursuing or graduated with a career in any of the following: Fashion, Advertising, Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail, Public Relations (other career paths also encouraged to apply based on interests and experience) Plus, but not required: experience with retail and/or marketing Excellent communication skills Motivated to learn Ability to adapt to different roles Hard-working Positive attitude Why Work for Curate: Learn about the ins and outs of managing a fashion e-commerce business Gain experience in Fashion, Marketing, Public Relations, E-Commerce & Entrepreneurship Flexible work schedule 20% off discount Relaxed yet professional work environment This is an in-person job Potential to turn into a Part-Time position with more hours, responsibilities & pay, given performance Job Type: Part-time Pay: $9. 00 per hour Expected hours: 10 per week Schedule: 4 hour shift Choose your own hours Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: Laredo, TX 78041 (Required) Work Location: In person.
