Fashion Director

Nordstrom is looking for a highly qualified and passionate Fashion Director to join our team! This dynamic role is responsible for driving the success of the Nordstrom fashion business. The Fashion Director will lead a team of fashion professionals, create new strategies to capture market share, and ensure the highest level of customer experience. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in fashion retail, a deep understanding of fashion trends, and a passion for creating an exceptional shopping experience. They must be a creative and strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent analytical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or a related field.
