Job Summary
This is not a coffee-run internship.
You’ll be directly involved in the design and development process—from concept to garment. This is ideal for someone serious about fashion design, construction, and eventually launching their own brand or working in product development.
Duties
Assist with garment construction (cutting, sewing, finishing)
Support pattern making and sample development
Help prep for fittings and client appointments
Organize fabrics, trims, and studio workflow
Assist on custom client projects and small batch production
Contribute creatively to design concepts and collections
What you'll learn

Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a fashion design or related program with a strong portfolio showcasing illustration and design skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, along with CAD programs used for pattern making
Basic understanding of garment construction, sewing techniques, and sewing machine operation
Knowledge of fashion retail trends, merchandising strategies, and the product lifecycle process
Familiarity with graphic design principles, color theory, and fashion styling concepts
Ability to sketch by hand and digitally; experience with illustration is highly desirable
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
