This role supports the design process from concept through sample development while working closely with senior designers and management. Responsibilities Collaborate with the design team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Create sketches, technical drawings, and assist with sample development Support the development of new styles under the direction of senior designers and management Build and coordinate color options for seasonal collections Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Skills Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Designer or Associate Designer Strong computer skills and professional email communication abilities Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively under tight deadlines Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and drafting techniques. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Effective communication skills for collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
