Fashion Designer - Young Contemporary Brand

As the Senior Designer for Women’s fashion wear, you will join an extremely fast-paced team of passionate and energetic creative individuals working towards our vision to be the fashionable brand. You will be a highly energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset that understands our brand’s aesthetic and the Lucy Paris customer. Who you will work with: You will report to the Design Director and partner closely with Merchandising, Product Development, Production and Technical Design teams. Have a deep understanding of design and fit intent, material and construction and be able to present ideas articulately to cross functional partners and design leadership. Initiate and manage off-calendar concept development that’s in line with seasonal strategy.
