• Able to complete the execution of our brands with minimal direction of an intermediate to mid-level designer for the women's dress and sportswear category in a high-paced environment • Conceptualize, design, and develop compelling monthly products that align with current trends and brand identity • Create Tech Packs/ construction Detail Pages/maintain BOMs + Update accordingly • Partner with Product Development team to retrieve fabric/ costing and suggest alternate options to meet cost requirements • Ability to design within cost parameters
