Hi, my name is KeeRon Banks, founder of RONNIElove<3.

I’m looking for someone who genuinely loves fashion and has experience sewing garments and helping bring ideas to life. I’m building this brand from the ground up and am looking for someone whose passion is the construction side of fashion.

This is not a large company with a huge budget. RONNIElove<3 is an independent Detroit-based brand, and I’m looking for someone who believes in creating meaningful work and growing alongside a brand.

RONNIElove<3 was founded in 2026 as a story of rebirth—the transformation that happens through love.

The thesis is simple:

To showcase the beauty of Black and urban contemporary culture through the art of fashion.

The brand takes a minimal approach to contemporary urban streetwear while remaining rooted in authenticity, craftsmanship, and personal expression.

What I’m Looking For

Ability to sew garments from start to finish
Experience creating samples and prototypes
Pattern making experience is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail
Reliable communication
A genuine passion for fashion and creativity

Compensation

I want to be transparent: I’m a growing independent brand and my budget is limited right now.

I will provide all materials needed for production.
Compensation will start at $25 per completed garment sample.
Profit-sharing opportunities will be available on released products.
As the brand grows, compensation will grow as well.

I’m looking for someone who wants to help build something special from the ground up and become part of the journey.
