We are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Men's Fashion Designer with strong graphic design skills to join our team.

Key ResponsibilitiesResearch fashion trends and develop new men's apparel collections.Create original designs, graphics, prints, patterns, and artwork.Develop CADs, detailed tech packs, and production-ready designs.Work with various fabrics, washes, textures, and garment constructions.Collaborate with the sales and production teams throughout the development process.Review samples, fittings, and revisions to ensure design accuracy.Develop commercially appealing styles based on customer needs and market trends.Manage multiple projects and meet development deadlines.Qualifications3+ years of experience in men's apparel design preferred.Strong graphic design skills are essential, including the ability to create original artwork, prints, patterns, and placement graphics.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required.Strong CAD and tech pack development skills.Experience in men's sportswear, streetwear, and contemporary casualwear.Good understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and fit.Experience working with overseas manufacturers preferred.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Creative mindset with a strong understanding of commercial fashion.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Opportunity to work with major U.S. retailers.Hands-on involvement in design and product development.Creative, collaborative, and fast-paced working environment.Career growth opportunities within an expanding company.
