Job Overview: Key Responsibilities: Analyze market trends for inspiration and competitive advantage Translate styles from developments and concepts into CAD/ line sheets , creating new styles, concepts Process special linesheet requests from Sales Recolor prints and generate production-ready graphic artwork files Collaborate with the design director and cross-functional teams to develop brand-specific styles aligned with merchandising strategies Produce effective selling tools, including presentation boards, line sheets, color cards, and other relevant design materials Adapt to additional responsibilities and support the design team in meeting deadlines and calendar deliveries Create and maintain a centralized library of digital design assets, including prints, patterns, and graphics Ensure accuracy and consistency in all digital design assets, including color, scale, and quality A minimum 3-5 years of experience in apparel design Print and graphic design experience highly desirable Proficient in MAC/Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Proficient with MS Office applications Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced work environment Strong understanding of trends, colors, fabrics, & trims Creative, strategic, and technical thinking abilities Exceptional attention to detail Degree in fashion design Team player with a positive attitude toward feedback Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Parental leave • Vision insurance
