Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and experiencedFashion Designer to lead trend research and develop seasonal collections. You'll collaborate closely with sales and production in a fast-paced wholesale environment to create market-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities

Research and forecast emerging trends, colors, prints, and silhouettesDevelop inspiration boards (mood boards), color palettes, print selections, and complete seasonal collectionsCommunicate and work closely with sales and production teams to align designs with market demands and production capabilitiesManage multiple projects while staying highly organized

Qualifications & Requirements

37 years of relevant fashion design experience (wholesale or contemporary women's apparel strongly preferred)Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (required)Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized, efficient, and committed to keeping a clean, tidy workspaceStrong communication skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectivelySelf-motivated, energetic, and deeply passionate about fashionBilingual (Korean/English) preferredMust be legally authorized to work in the United States
