Fashion Designer

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. This role will work closely with sales and production to develop on-trend styles for multiple accounts while maintaining strong organization and communication throughout the development process.

Responsibilities

Support the sales team by following up on samples, buyer meetings, and development timelines

Prepare and send sample packages to clients

Conduct fit sessions and manage fit comments, measurements, and spec updates

Create sketches by hand and/or using design software

Continuously research trends, fabrics, and market direction

Design across multiple aesthetics to support various customer accounts

Communicate closely with sales and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time deliveries

Assist with organization of samples, trims, and workspace

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of fashion design experience

Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabric

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Highly efficient, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Strong communication skills and ability to delegate tasks to team members when needed

Bilingual preferred (Korean/English)

Pay range: $65k – 90k annual salary (depending on experience/qualification)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
