Fashion Designer

Fashion Designer - Women's casual wear, sleep, sport, and intimates A globally known retailer is hiring multiple Fashion Designers across varying levels to join a fast-paced and trend-forward design team. What you’ll be doing: • Creating design sketches, CADs, and detailed tech packs • Supporting seasonal design development across color, print, fit, and fabric • Preparing materials and samples for milestone meetings and line reviews • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Tech, Merchandising, etc.) • Partnering on fittings and adapting designs based on feedback • Tracking development samples, updating line sheets, and managing BOMs in Centric • Researching trends and competitor products to inform the design process • Supporting the sample room and internal creative meetings Who we’re looking for: • Bachelor’s degree in design or related field • 2 – 5+ years of experience in fashion design • A strong commercial fashion eye and attention to product styling/performance • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office • Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, tech packs, and BOMs • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Collaborative spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Experience using Centric PLM is a plus
