Fashion Designer

Job Title: Apparel Designer - Asian Apparels USA With a strong presence across 18 factories in Bangladesh and design offices in New York and Minneapolis, we support high-volume clients with top-tier design, pricing, and execution. Key Responsibilities • Support the Design Director in seasonal concept creation, from trend research to final execution • Conduct market research and compile trend/development decks for client presentations • Sketch designs in Adobe Illustrator and build detailed tech packs for both internal and overseas partners • Create and update CADs for assortment presentations and line reviews • Collaborate with technical design and product development teams to ensure production-ready execution • Source and recommend fabrics and trims from overseas suppliers • Independently manage categories as assigned, meeting deadlines with accuracy and efficiency • Present seasonal concepts and design work to internal and external partners • Shop local retail markets for inspiration and competitive insight • Maintain a high level of organization, detail, and clear communication throughout the design process Qualifications • 3–5 years of professional design experience • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office • Knowledge of fabric construction and garment development • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines • Confident presenter with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Experience working with overseas teams is a plus • A strong design portfolio is required Benefits • Competitive salary with opportunity for annual performance-based bonus • Generous paid time off and paid holidays • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage • A creative, fast-paced environment with exposure to major U.S. retailers • The chance to work with a global, family-owned company committed to growth, innovation, and sustainability
