Essential Experience • Minimum 6 years experience as a designer, ideally in activewear and / or cocktail dresses. Experience in swim or intimates is a plus • Deep love of fitness, fashion industry and on top of the trends • Expert knowledge with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator • Illustrator sketch experience is a must • Extensive knowledge of knitwear and compression fabrics • Expert knowledge of garment construction • Working knowledge of specs, patterns and fitting • Advanced knowledge of Google sheets Requirements • Extremely high attention to detail and organization is a must • Ability to work under pressure and react / pivot quickly in environment of constant change • Optimistic, reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic • Works well independently and collaboratively with small proactive teams • Must have respect for and work well with colleagues at all levels • Ability to maintain an organized work schedule, follow instructions and meet deadlines • Exceptional communication & collaboration skills, open to dialogue and feedback The compensation information listed in job postings only includes the base salary.
