The successful candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of the fashion industry and a comprehensive portfolio of previous work.The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: a degree or diploma in fashion or design, excellent sketching and illustration skills, the ability to develop technical sketches and patterns, a deep understanding of fabrics and materials, and the ability to work with a team to execute a project.
