The seven primary responsibilities of The Associate Fashion Designer are as follows : • understand the Lilly Pulitzer customer and positioning in the marketplace; • protect the core, contribute to the development of innovative apparel fashion designs for the Lilly Pulitzer customer; • develop innovative trim and artwork; • maintain design boards and fashion illustrations; • maintain all activities consistent with the product development calendar; • maintain all computer programs the design team uses throughout the season in designing the line; • Perform other duties as required by design. Understand the Lilly Pulitzer Customer, Lifestyle and Positioning in the Marketplace. • Work with Fashion Designer and trim team to create new and innovative trims each season. Maintain Design Boards and Fashion Illustrations. • This position is based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia.
