Company DescriptionDesigner will be designing under our three labels Vintage Havana which is our contemporary line, Surf Gypsy, which is our resort line and Ocean Drive which is ourathleisure line.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Fashion Designer at Vintage Havana is located in New Jersey .The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing and creating clothing and accessories. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new designs, follow fashion trends, and ensure that the designs meet customer needs and brand standards. The Fashion Designer will also be involved in fabric selection, pattern-making, and production coordination.QualificationsStrong fashion design skills and a strong sense of styleProficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator or PhotoshopKnowledge of garment construction and manufacturing processesUnderstanding of fashion trends and ability to translate them into designsExcellent communication and collaboration... skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentBachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related fieldPrior experience in the fashion industry is preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask
