Global, affordable luxury brand, Naked Wardrobe, is seeking an experienced highly creative Fashion Designer. Responsibilities: Managing design process from conception through final phase. Collaborating with technical designer to ensure development packages are accurate. Work closely with development and production team to manage deadlines. Qualifications 5 + years of experince as a designer Must have creative eye Having a strong sketching ability and a deep understanding of fashion and colors are imperative to success Ability to recognize trends, conceptualize ideas and design products Capable of thinking outside the box to find creative and innovative design solutions Expert in silhouettes, fabrication, color/print usage, graphics, embellishment layouts and trim Strong knowledge in garment fit and construction Proficient at communicating and collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners
