Responsibilities
Assist with customer measurements and fittings, and determine the exact measurements each generated design should be built to
Pick up and deliver customer orders when the founders aren't available
Help coordinate the timely delivery of materials and samples from suppliers
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the founder team
Capture and create content for Instagram, and provide creative support for social media shorts
Fix garments that are missing trims or sequins; perform quality control
Assist in sample production and styling
Work closely with the founder team and our network of tailors to develop patterns and blocks
Contribute to garment construction
Provide technical design support: support fittings and help capture technical corrections
Maintain final production pattern files and the showroom sample library
Track samples and coordinate with tailors (domestic and international)
Assist in creating tech packs and detailed flat sketches
Manage samples: organize and track incoming prototypes
Be on your feet during shoots and booth events
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong interest in sustainability/upcycling
Extremely organized, dependable, and proactive
Takes initiative; doesn't need to be told twice
Responsible, positive, can-do attitude
Knowledge of specing and measuring garments
Hands-on sewing skills and comfort with garment construction
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
