Job Description Summary: The Fashion Design Instructor will be responsible for teaching classes in fashion design and marketing using a variety of instructional strategies appropriate to the needs of community college students and the standards of the discipline. The Instructor will also participate in departmental responsibilities and governance, evaluate student progress, and remain current in the field through professional development activities. • Evaluate student progress and provide feedback on learning outcomes. • Provide mentoring services and support to students in the program. • Three (3) years of non-teaching, industry-related work experience within the professional fashion industry.
