As a small sized, but quickly growing company, you must be able to work well with others and understand that working, as a team, is the key to our success. • *Responsibilities** • Create CADs quickly and efficiently • Measure and Catalog sample as they arrive • Attend Fit and Design Meeting and take notes of all changes • Maintain & organize the fabric library • Understanding product options as well as the logic of turn times to help meet merchandising deadlines and customer needs • Prepare line sheets and order forms for sales department using knowledge of the product • Work as a team with designers and technical design to assure all techpack requirements are communicated properly and thoroughly so development process runs smooth • Understand time and action calendars-work with production to assure deadlines are met • Must be creative, have a sense of color, fashion, and an eye for graphic design as well as merchandising collections • Have a good understanding of printing techniques, and product development • Must have problem solving and decision-making skills and a thorough understanding of the process (why we do what we do) as well as the ability to anticipate, and to see around corners.
