Job Title: Fashion Design Assistant About the Role: We're looking for a hands-on and highly organized Fashion Design Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about fashion and apparel design, with strong pattern making and garment construction skills. What You Bring: • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 1+ years of experience in a design assistant or technical design role preferred • Pattern making and garment construction skills (must know how to draft/sew) • Strong Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel skills • Familiarity with tech pack creation and garment construction • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Passion for fashion, activewear, and design innovation • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
