Nordstrom is seeking an Assistant Designer to join our Nordstrom Made design team.   
We don't just sell cutting-edge fashion and accessories, we create it. Our talented fashion design team — the Nordstrom Product Group — develops, designs, produces and sources 50-plus private Nordstrom labels. From traditional to trendy, this team is shaping the styles and looks our customers love. Successful Interns will also have the opportunity to join Nordstrom full-time upon completion of their degree

Are seeking a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in DesignHave a strong college portfolioCommunicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, and bring strong interpersonal skillsAre able to work independently as well as collaborativelyAre proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe CS, with the ability to hand-sketch, and adapt quickly to new technology and systemsBring strong time management and multi-tasking skillsWhat’s next? The 2027 summer internship program is 10 weeks long from June 14th - August 20th in Seattle, WA. Travel and housing are sponsored during program participation.  Interviews will take place in November 2026.  We anticipate hiring decisions being made by January 2027.     

The hourly rate is $25.00.

At this time, Nordstrom cannot provide sponsorship now or in the future for this role. This includes interested parties who currently hold an F-1, H-1, TN, J-1, OPT, or CPT visa.   

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
$22.75 - $37.50 Hourly
