Fashion Creative Director

A company is looking for a Fashion Creative Director to lead and launch an original in-house brand.
Key Responsibilities

Establish the brand's visual identity and oversee the creation of apparel collections
Collaborate with global production partners to innovate material sourcing and construction
Advise leadership on industry trends and provide guidance to customers on brand scaling

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in launching a fashion brand or leading creative direction
Deep understanding of garment construction and textiles
Experience in a startup environment with the ability to make high-stakes decisions
Expert-level knowledge in apparel, with additional experience in accessories or home decor being a plus
Ability to translate complex manufacturing constraints into clear creative directions
