Fashion Content Creator / Model

This position requires you to work physically in our Lakeland, FL studio. Our content is the heartbeat of our brand, and we are looking for someone who can step in front of the camera and bring our pieces to life in a real, relatable, high-converting way. This is a self-shooting content creator role where you will: • Model our clothing and jewelry • Shoot your own photos and videos using an iPhone and tripod • Create content used across our website, ads, and social media Who This Is Perfect For • You are confident and natural on camera • You understand what makes content perform on TikTok and Instagram • You have a strong eye for angles, posing, and styling • You can follow direction but also bring your own creative energy • You are self-motivated, fast-moving, and detail-oriented • You thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Requirements • Available 2–4 days per week (3–6 hour shifts) • Must be able to work in-person in Lakeland, FL • Comfortable self-shooting content using an iPhone and tripod • Strong personal style (modern glam, elevated everyday fashion) • Reliable, organized, and consistent
