We are seeking a Fashion Consultant / Stylist to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. Our store is set up to give a boutique style approach in guiding our wedding customers, formal wear event guests, and high school students an experience that is not website based and catalog based. We are 1 on 1 with each person, following up on leads, and setting appointments. Responsibilities: • Welcome and identify customer needs • Explain products and services to customers • Monitor inventory to ensure stock is available to rent or buy • Enter and process customer orders • Investigate and resolve customer complaints if any to gain a customer for life
