Role Description The Fashion Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami Dadeland, FL, responsible for delivering a personalized and elevated shopping experience to every client. Strong fashion consulting abilities, including Fashion Consulting and Product Knowledge, with an understanding of luxury brands, trends, fit, and styling.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to actively listen, build rapport, and create a welcoming, inclusive experience for diverse clients.Proven Sales skills, including consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling, with a goal-oriented approach and comfort working toward individual and team targets.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, including time management, organization, and attention to visual merchandising and store presentation.Comfort using point-of-sale systems and digital tools for clienteling, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communication.Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion styling, or personal shopping is preferred but not required.Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the sales floor, with a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
