Summary The Fashion Consultant provides personalized luxury personal shopping services within an exclusive Fifth Avenue Club in residence environment, driving individual sales and building client relationships through in-person and digital engagement while adhering to company standards. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships and deliver high level customer service • Recruit new clients and grow existing client base through Club events and community outreach • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and work with sales quotas in a commission based environment • Utilize company online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences • Source product from flagship stores digital inventory and distribution centers for client appointments • Perform basic alteration fittings with guidance and training • Maintain a consistent digital presence and create content to attract and engage clientele • Act as a community and brand ambassador for the company Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of retail experience in a customer focused luxury sales environment • Proven ability to work with sales quotas and meet sales targets in a commission based setting • Established network or client base across social media platforms and digital selling capability • Strong interpersonal networking relationship and communication skills • Entrepreneurial problem solving and ability to generate business development ideas • Passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle
