As a Style Consultant, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring environment for our guests. Your primary focus will be on providing personalized styling advice, recommending products, and ensuring our store looks its best at all times. Key Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests • Develop strong product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a well-stocked and organized sales floor • Use technology to efficiently manage inventory, process transactions, and communicate with guests Requirements • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
