As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for cultivating an exceptional customer experience and driving sales through personalized styling advice and product recommendations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop authentic relationships with customers to understand their style preferences and provide tailored solutions • Cultivate a service culture that demonstrates extraordinary service and makes every customer feel welcome, heard, and valued • Lead by example in relationship building, styling, and networking with customers; educate the store team on the benefits of the personal styling role and program Required Skills and Qualifications: • Passion for fashion and ability to stay up-to-date on current trends • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
