What You’ll Do Evaluate items brought in by clients and determine what we accept based on brand, condition, seasonality, and demand Authenticate and price items across categories (handbags, shoes, apparel, jewelry, accessories) Research resale comps and market trends to keep pricing competitive and profitable Create a great client experience—professional, friendly, and efficient Client Relationships Build repeat business with sellers/clients through trust, consistency, and product knowledge Communicate clearly about value, condition, and expectations (with tact and confidence) 2+ years experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, or a resale/consignment environment Strong knowledge of contemporary + luxury brands and what sells Confident communicator with excellent customer service instincts Comfortable making decisions quickly and explaining them professionally Weekend availability is a must Apply with your resume.
