Position: (USA) Fashion Coach 5400 N Croatan Hwy, Ste 100, Kitty Hawk, NC 27949–3877Position SummaryProvides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring; assigning duties; setting expectations and recognition; fostering a belonging mindset; recruiting and developing qualified associates. Coordinates and oversees job-related activities, building accountability, measuring progress, addressing improvement opportunities, and promoting continuous learning. Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening, touring stores, and communicating business objectives. Models exceptional customer service standards and supports customer service initiatives. Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Drives financial performance by reviewing P&L, managing budget and forecasting, monitoring merchandise presentation, addressing shrink, and achieving sales and profit goals.
