Walmart is seeking a retail leader to drive store operations, develop associates, and deliver strong business results. In this role, you will supervise hourly associates, support customer service initiatives, and oversee financial performance within a designated store area. Role and Responsibilities of Fashion Coach:

You will supervise associates, drive sales performance, and ensure operational compliance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead teams, implement business initiatives, and promote a culture of belonging and accountability.
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop hourly associates while setting clear expectations and promoting a belonging mindset.
• Assign duties, provide recognition, and build accountability for achieving business results.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by developing relationships with key stakeholders and supporting business initiatives.
• Identify goals and objectives, measure progress, and address improvement opportunities.
• Lead teams through teaching, training, store tours (Tour-to-Teach), and continuous feedback.
• Communicate and collaborate with associates at all levels regarding store operations, merchandising, technology, and company direction.
• Introduce and lead change initiatives while providing guidance to implement business solutions.
• Model and reinforce exceptional customer service standards using the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
• Resolve customer concerns, implement corrective action plans, and improve service processes.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing Profit & Loss statements and managing budgets, forecasting, and expenses.
• Monitor merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
• Develop and execute action plans to reduce shrink and achieve sales and profit goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards while supporting the Open Door Policy.
• Promote continuous improvement, digital adoption, and resilience through change.

Required Skills and Experience of Fashion Coach:
• 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
• For facilities that sell only ammunition with state-specific requirements, ability to obtain a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility if required.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits of Fashion Coach:
• Annual salary range of $65,000.00 - $80,000.00.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Additional compensation may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure premiums.
