Fringe & Form is an elevated women’s clothier and personal styling destination. We’re more than a boutique — we’re a place where women feel seen, supported, and confident in their own skin. We’re seeking a warm, stylish woman to help create that experience.

This role is ideal for a woman who:

Loves connecting with other women and building genuine relationships

Has a natural sense of style and enjoys putting outfits together

Appreciates quality, craftsmanship, and timeless fashion

Makes people feel comfortable and welcome right away

Brings positive, calm, engaging energy into a space

Values service, connection, and meaningful work

Retail experience is a plus, but not required — life experience, warmth, and taste matter most.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcoming clients and creating a relaxed, elevated shopping experience

Assisting women in building outfits that make them feel confident and polished

Developing relationships with clients who return because of you

Styling mannequins and helping curate in-store inspiration

Supporting private shopping appointments, girls’ nights, and special events

Light boutique care including steaming, folding, and maintaining a beautiful space

Schedule:

Part-time

2–3 days per week

Some Saturday hours required (our most social and enjoyable days)
