Fashion Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at Printemps New York, you will be the face of our luxury retail department, providing exceptional service and expertise to our clients. Conduct in store and/or remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper Sell products by meeting our clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standard of service to clients throughout the whole sales process, following the brand's method: Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic-stopping Connect with authenticity. Identify and understand clients needs through the art of conversation Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers including shoes, handbags, Printemps exclusive products, and other luxury retail items. Client Experience and Management: Preferably in a luxury environment.
