Fashion Buyer/Floor Associate

Fashion Buyers use Company software and guides to make smart buy decisions, then help ensure those items are presented on the floor in a way that sells. - Maintain floor control at all times: organize merchandise by color, size, or department as directed; pick up loose hangers, clothing, shoes, and clutter from the sales floor and purchase area; ensure higher-value items are properly secured and displayed. - Ability to properly operate all equipment necessary to perform the job. - Constant use of fingers, wrists, hands, and arms, with constant reaching above the shoulders. - Constant use of hearing (with or without a hearing device).
