About the Role Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow wholesale and key account revenue • Manage relationships with national and boutique retail buyers • Lead sales planning across wholesale platforms (FashionGo, Faire, Shopify B2B) • Forecast sales by category and collaborate with design on seasonal assortment • Align seasonal product rollouts with trade show schedules and retail calendars • Represent the brand at key trade shows and markets (2030% travel required) • Host in-person sales appointments and line showings during market events • Analyze performance and create actionable sales reports • Guide and mentor junior sales team members Qualifications • 35 years of experience in wholesale sales or brand sales management in fashion • Strong understanding of the contemporary womens fashion landscape • Demonstrated success building and maintaining retail account relationships • Familiarity with wholesale platforms (FashionGo, Faire, Shopify B2B) • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills • Highly organized with strong planning and reporting capabilities • Bonus: Experience coordinating or exhibiting at trade shows and buying markets • Netsuite or ERP experience a plus
