Fashion Brand Operations Manager

The Operations Manager takes full ownership of shipping, inventory, production, store presentation, and customer service. This is a leadership role for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable being responsible for outcomes. Shipping is the top priority of this role. Responsibilities include: • Acting as the point person for all production decisions • Determining what needs to be made, when, and in what quantities • Managing expected delivery timelines for all production items • Ensuring replenishment happens on time without needing reminders from the owner • Tracking all production and inventory activity in Airtable • Maintaining accurate production calendars and records • Communicating with and managing relationships with production houses • Ensuring correct quantities, materials, sizes, cuts, and specifications are followed The Operations Manager is responsible for how the store looks and how the team operates daily.
