La'Otiv is a fashion venture platform and early-stage incubator that provides shared infrastructure for independent designers and founders to launch and test their own brands. Role Description: This is a remote, contract-based role for fashion creators launching an independent brand through the La'Otiv platform. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a distinct brand identity • Create original designs for apparel and related products • Submit designs for production through the platform • Manage and grow the brand's social media presence • Drive traffic and engagement through independent promotion • Review performance data and iterate on designs or strategy • Coordinate with La'Otiv on launches and platform requirements Qualifications: • Ability to develop a clear creative direction • Comfort working independently and managing outcomes • Familiarity with fashion, design, or visual culture • Willingness to promote and represent one's own brand • Adaptability and responsiveness to performance feedback • Prior experience in fashion, design, or content creation is beneficial but not required
