The Role of the Manager/stylist will ensure a high level of customer service on a continuous basis to meet all stated company goals relating to store activities and online shop. Additionally, they will be responsible for the management of customer experience. Job Description: • Be accountable for the overall performance of the store, meeting and exceeding sales targets • Help with managing the shops inventory as well as the stock room inventory to 100% accuracy • Receive inventory shipments and reconcile accuracy with purchase orders • Have a high level of customer service skills and understanding • Stay up to date with Store products and be knowledgable of all brands and products • Independent individual that is self motivated • Possess strong skills in customer service • Have a personal interest and passion in fashion.
