Fashion Boutique Assistant

**Overview:** Inspired Fashion is seeking a dynamic part-time assistant to join our team. As a Fashion Boutique Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to our social media presence. **Responsibilities:** • Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise • Perform light cleaning and organization tasks to maintain a tidy store environment • Assist with creating and scheduling social media posts to engage with customers and promote our brand • Work at various pop-up locations throughout the region (optional) to expand our reach and build brand awareness • Occasionally assist with fashion shoots and photo shoots to showcase our products • *Qualifications:** • Must be stylish and have a passion for fashion • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Proficient in social media platforms and able to create engaging content • Basic counting and labeling skills • Computer savvy and comfortable using technology • Availability to work nights and weekends • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 10-15 pounds • Some limited travel required throughout the region (Cincinnati, Lexington, and Indianapolis) • Must be 17 years old and have reliable transportation • *Benefits:** • Competitive hourly rate of $10 per hour • Opportunities for sales incentives and bonuses • Out-of-town travel will receive a per diem for food and travel expenses • Must be available to work nights and weekends
