FASHION ASST MANAGER

Do you love fashion? Want to work in a fun team environment? We are NOT your typical retail store. Core Responsibilities/Key Skills Needed for this position: • Evaluate & price inventory using our proprietary software (we'll train) • Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising • Direct a team of 8-20 people daily • Assist with running the store with passion and drive • Must have at least 1 year of experience in Fashion Retail within the last 2 years • Must have 1-2 years Retail Management within the last 3 years • Must be a team player, have GREAT initiative, BE Responsible & a fast learner • Must have open availability on weekends • Must work with Store Management to consistently meet Goals • Must be able to fill in for call-outs from staff members • Must have STRONG WORK ETHIC!
